30-day product return guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased online, you may exercise your right to return the item within 30 days.
The following conditions must be met when returning items:
- Each returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
- The items must not have been used;
- The items must not have been maliciously damaged;
- The returned items must be complete and have retained their commercial appearance.
1. Main Provisions
1.1. These purchase and sale terms and conditions (hereinafter – Terms) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the www.ajdmakers.lt online store (hereinafter – Buyer) and Ajdmakers (hereinafter – Seller) when the Buyer acquires goods in the online store. By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Terms.
2. Formation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, provided their name and surname, email address, delivery address, selected a payment method, and read these Terms, clicks the "Order" button, and remains in effect until the full fulfillment of obligations under this agreement. In cases where the Buyer does not agree with all or part of the Terms, they must not place an order.
3. Seller's Rights
3.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by publishing the amended Terms on the online store's website. The amendments take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after the publication.
3.2. The Seller has other rights provided for in these Terms and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to make efforts to create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store. The Seller does not provide any warranties that the online store will operate uninterrupted or that data transmission will be error-free. The Seller is not liable for any losses of the Buyer related to malfunctions of the online store and/or errors in data transmission.
4.2. In the event of important circumstances where the Seller cannot provide the ordered item to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous or similar item; if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous or similar item, the Seller shall refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 business days. In this case, the Seller is released from liability for non-delivery of goods.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to comply with other requirements set forth in these Terms.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within 3-30 calendar days.
5. Buyer's Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. Goods purchased by the Buyer (consumer) are exchanged or returned upon the consumer's written request, with a document confirming the purchase from the Seller attached to the request. Quality goods with labels are exchanged or returned within 30 business days from the date of delivery. A Buyer who has purchased quality goods has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement with the Seller only if the item is in its original packaging, has not been damaged, and its appearance has not essentially changed. For the return of non-quality goods, the term established by the Civil Code applies, during which the buyer may submit claims regarding defects in the item.
5.3. The Buyer has other rights provided for in these Terms and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Buyer's Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if specified when concluding the agreement), and accept the ordered goods. The Buyer pays for the goods at the bank indicated on www.ajdmakers.lt or in cash upon delivery of the goods to the authorized representative of the courier service.
6.2. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
6.3. The Buyer must confirm the payment order in their online bank, which is linked from the online store (in case the Seller has a relevant agreement with the Buyer's bank). The items selected by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller begins to fulfill the purchase and sale agreement only when the Seller receives notification from the Buyer's bank that payment for the selected items has been made.
6.4. The Buyer must comply with other requirements set forth in these Terms and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. General Liability
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
7.2. Parties are liable for the breach of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the online store in accordance with the procedures established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. Considering the provisions of Article 8(3) of the Law on Electronic Signature of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer agrees with the Seller that the confirmation of the Buyer's actions in the online store with login data (identification code) has the legal force of an electronic signature established in Article 8(1) of the Law on Electronic Signature (i.e., has the same legal force as a signature on written documents and is admissible as evidence in court). The Buyer must keep their online store login data secure and not disclose it, ensure that the data is known only to them, and that they alone use the data; they must not transfer or otherwise enable other persons to access or use that data. In case of suspicion that login data may have been learned by another person, notify the Seller immediately; also, inform the Seller immediately about any breach or disclosure of the online store login data. All actions performed using the Buyer's identification code are considered performed by the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the consequences of such actions.
7.4. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in the Seller's online store.
7.5. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the items displayed in the online store do not correspond to the actual size, shape, or color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
7.6. In the event of damage, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for direct losses incurred due to their fault.
8. Processing of Personal Data and Sending Information
8.1. By clicking the "Order" button, the Buyer confirms that they and their representatives (the Buyer has the consent of their representatives) agree to provide their personal data to the Seller and do not object to the Seller processing the personal data provided by the Buyer and/or their representatives for the purposes of identification of the Buyer and/or their representatives, conclusion and execution of agreements (online commerce), and direct marketing. The Seller states that the personal codes of the Buyer (if they are a natural person) and their representatives will not be processed by the Seller for direct marketing purposes.
8.2. For both registered and unregistered members, the newsletter will be sent after clicking the "Subscribe to newsletter" button, after which the client will automatically start receiving newsletters, which they can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter. The Seller sends all informational messages to the email address provided by the Buyer in the order form.

8.4. By clicking the "Order" button, the Buyer confirms that they (if the Buyer is a natural person) and their representatives are informed about their right to access their personal data processed by the Seller and how it is processed, to request the correction or destruction of their personal data, or to suspend the processing of their personal data when data is processed without complying with legal provisions, and to object to the processing of their personal data.
8.5. By clicking the "Order" button, the Buyer confirms that they and their representatives know they have the right to refuse to provide their personal data, but understand that personal data is necessary and required to uniquely identify the Buyer and/or their representatives for the purposes of conclusion and execution of agreements (online commerce), and if personal data is not provided and/or consent to its processing for the above purposes is not given, it will not be possible to conclude and/or execute the agreement.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Buyer and the Seller agree that all information provided on the Seller's online store website (including, but not limited to, these Terms, information about the Seller, the goods and services offered and their characteristics, the procedure for the Buyer's exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement, and the Seller's maintenance services and warranties (if provided)) is considered to have been provided to the Buyer in writing.
9.2. All disagreements arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
