I. General Provisions

The online store rules (hereinafter - the Rules) apply to the Customer when placing an order in the ajdmakers.lt store.
2. ajdmakers.lt has the right to adjust the Store's Rules. The Rules apply to all Customers ordering goods in this Store.
3. The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Store's Rules before placing an order. In all cases, it is considered that the Customer has familiarized themselves with and agrees to the Rules when they finally submit the order.
4. The store is not responsible for any losses incurred (material or moral) in cases where the problems were caused by the Customer not taking into account the information in the Rules that is publicly available on this page.
II. Privacy Policy
TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS
By subscribing to ajdmakers.lt text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us regarding our products and services at the phone number provided upon subscription, and that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt out by any means other than texting the above-mentioned opt-out commands is not a valid means of opting out.
Privacy Policy
1. To order goods from the Store, the Customer must register by entering all the information indicated in the registration form. All marked mandatory fields are necessary for the proper execution of the order. The Store confirms that the fact of registration does not mean that the Customer will be sent informational messages, except for those necessary for the ordering and delivery of goods. Should the Customer wish to receive the Store's informational messages, they are given the option to choose to receive such messages, as well as the option to opt out by clicking the designated link or by emailing info@ajdmakers.com to request that the personal data in the customer's account be destroyed; this is carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation effective as of 25.05.2018. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request being submitted.
2. When ordering goods, the Customer must provide the personal data necessary for the delivery of the goods: name; surname; address where the goods will be delivered; phone number; email address. The Store confirms that such data will be used only for the purposes of ordering and delivery of goods. The Store undertakes not to disclose such information to third parties, except for the Store's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the submission or execution of the Customer's order. Any other exceptions to the disclosure of the Customer's personal information to third parties are in all cases coordinated with the Customer. In all other cases, any personal data of the Customer may be disclosed to third parties only in cases provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. By registering in the Store and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to protect and not disclose their login credentials to anyone. At the same time, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age and have the right to order goods in the Store. In the event that the Customer discloses their login credentials, the Store is released from any related liability.
4. By familiarizing themselves with the Rules and Privacy Policy, the Customer confirms that they are informed that when browsing the Store, cookie files (files sent from an internet server) will be placed on their computer:
currency – saves the default currency code, based on which the prices of goods/services are displayed to the buyer in the corresponding currency
language – saves the default language code, based on which the store loads in the default language during the next visit
PHPSESSID – saves information about the buyer's login, product comparison/cart, and wishlist data, so that the necessary data is loaded accordingly on the next visit
5. Personal data is protected against loss, unauthorized use, and alteration. We have implemented physical and technical measures to protect all information we collect for the purposes of providing our services. Please note that while we take appropriate steps to protect your information, no website, online transaction, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure. We will store your data for a maximum of 2 years after your last use of our services or content. After this period, the data will be deleted in such a way that it cannot be recovered.
6. Several different options are provided when forming an order and paying for goods.
6.1 Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor banks. Payments are possible in Euro currency. Payments are processed using the OPAY payment platform.”
6.2. Ordinary bank transfer to the account specified in the contacts.
6.3. Paying for goods to the courier upon delivery - in cash or by bank card - this option is not currently available.
6.4. Collecting the item at parcel terminals, or via courier delivery..
7. When delivering goods, the e-shop uses the services of suppliers and delivers goods directly from suppliers' warehouses throughout Europe. If there is a Smart Post Itella parcel terminal in your city, you will receive the shipment there. If the mentioned terminal is not available, then the goods may arrive via courier or to a Lithuanian Post parcel terminal. In order to fulfill its obligations to its clients, the Store provides the following personal data to this third party: name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, or delivery method via terminals. All this data is provided to ensure high-quality and fast delivery of ordered goods from the seller to the buyer.
III. Procedure and conditions for placing an order
1. The Customer, after visiting the Store's website, selects the goods they like. Based on their selection, a shopping cart is formed.
2. After forming the shopping cart, the Customer (if they are not yet registered and logged into the system) must enter the data necessary for the delivery of the selected goods: their name, surname, address where the goods will be delivered, phone number, and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Store confirms that the data provided by the Customer will be used exclusively for the purposes of selling and delivering goods, without violating the requirements for personal data protection provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Next, the Customer must choose one of the available payment methods in the Store. At the same time, the delivery method and price are selected.
4. In the final step, all data provided by the Customer is generated. Before confirming, the Customer must ensure that the provided data is correct and corresponds to their wishes. The Customer has the opportunity to correct errors, if any, before sending the order. In the event that the Customer has not familiarized themselves with the Store's Rules before selecting the goods, they must do so before confirming their order and the data provided therein; otherwise, it will be considered that the Customer has familiarized themselves with the Rules.
5. Once the Customer confirms the order, the Store receives all information about it. The order is considered placed from the moment it is received by the Store. At the same time, in such a case, it is considered that a contract has been concluded between the Customer and the Store. However, such a contract is considered enforceable only from the moment the Store receives confirmation of payment for the goods via the Customer's chosen payment method.
6. After the Customer places an order, the Store's system automatically sends an email to the Customer, which specifies the ordered goods and the data provided by the Customer.
7. After receiving notification that the Customer has made a payment for the order, the Store undertakes to fulfill the order.
8. The order placed by the Customer is stored in the Store's database based on the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the storage term of such data.
9. In all cases, it is considered that the Customer, by placing an order, is familiar with and unconditionally agrees to all the Store's Rules, as well as all other conditions specified with the order.
10. The contract is concluded and executed in the Lithuanian language.
IV. Guarantees and determination of product prices.
1. The properties of each product in the Store are indicated generally next to each product.
2. The Store indicates, and the Customer confirms that they are aware that the products indicated in the Store may not correspond to the actual size, shapes, and color due to the characteristics of the monitor used.
3. The Customer agrees that by placing an order in the Store electronically, they undertake to pay the price indicated in the order for the goods.
4. Prices in the Store and in the order are indicated in Euros.
5. The Store sells goods that meet the conditions stipulated in the order. In cases where the goods handed over to the Customer do not meet certain requirements of the order, the Customer agrees to first immediately notify the Store in writing via the specified email or by phone, and the latter undertakes to take all actions to remove existing defects if such defects arose due to the fault of the Store or third parties acting on its behalf. The Store removes the defects within a reasonable time agreed upon with the Customer; if the defects are not removed, the Customer has the right to defend their rights in the order provided for by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. The Store's obligations regarding goods:
6.1. The Store undertakes to hand over goods that correspond to the information indicated next to each product.
6.2. The Store undertakes to provide the Customer with the quantity of goods specified in the order. The Store is not responsible in cases where the quantity of goods handed over is not accurate due to the Customer providing incorrect data in the order submitted to the Store.
6.3. In all cases, the Store provides the Customer with an assortment of goods that meets the criteria stipulated in the Order.
6.4. The Store indicates the delivery time next to each product, therefore the Customer, before placing an order, must pay attention to potentially different delivery terms.
6.5. The Store undertakes to provide all information related to the product and its delivery, and to contact the Customer in the event that, due to circumstances beyond the Store's control, it is impossible to perform the submitted order accordingly.
6.6. The goods are delivered packaged, taking into account their nature, so that the goods are suitable for their intended use.
V. Return of goods
1. When purchasing in the store ajdmakers.lt, every buyer and their purchased good of appropriate quality is granted a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the item.
2. To return a product of appropriate quality:
2.1. You must necessarily contact us by email at info@ajdmakers.com. Items are not accepted back without prior warning and coordination of the return.
2.2. Explain the reason and attach proof of purchase.
2.3. The item must be unused, with labeling tags, and in its original packaging, undamaged and having not lost its merchantable appearance.
3. Each product is provided with a supplier's warranty for manufacturing defects and other defects not related to normal use of the product and environmental effects. You can find the warranty period for each product in the product description.
4. If the ordered item has a manufacturing or shipping defect, the online store undertakes to replace it. If it happens that the item is defective, send it to us and we will replace it with a new one.
The costs of returning the item are paid by the buyer.
According to the Order of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 (Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items)
Article 18, the buyer's request to replace the purchased item with analogous items or return the paid money is not satisfied when purchasing such items: pantyhose, stockings, socks, and other similar articles, bras, waist cinchers, corsets and similar articles, knitted men's, boys', women's, or girls' underwear.

5. To return a product of inappropriate quality, follow the steps listed in points V.2.
6. The Store undertakes to provide the consumer with a reasoned written response no later than 10 days from the day of receipt of the consumer's request.
7. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
VI. Payment procedure and terms
1. The Customer pays for their ordered goods in one of the ways indicated in the Store: using a bank transfer, paying the courier upon delivery of goods in cash, or via the OPAY system.
2. If the customer has chosen one of the online payment methods, they undertake to pay for the ordered goods immediately; otherwise, they lose the right to file claims regarding violations of product delivery deadlines, as the parcel for the Customer's order begins to be formed only after the Store has received payment for the goods.
3. If the Customer has chosen the payment method for goods - payment in cash (price 3 EUR for the service) or by bank card (price 3 EUR for the service) upon delivery by courier, the order begins to be executed immediately or on the next working day, depending on the time the order was placed. Upon the courier delivering the order, the Customer is obliged to settle with the courier according to the chosen method. After settling with the courier delivering the goods, the Customer signs and accepts the shipment. If the Customer no longer needs the item or it is defective, then they must contact the Store's administration at the indicated contacts, and only then, after coordinating the fact of return with the administration, are the details of the return of the item discussed.
VII. Delivery of goods
1. The Store undertakes to indicate the delivery term next to each product. In the event that there are difficulties with delivery, the Store undertakes to contact the Customer and find the best solution.
2. The Customer undertakes to pay attention to the indicated delivery term and contact the Store only in the event that 24 hours have passed since the end of the delivery term.
3. The Customer undertakes, when ordering goods, to indicate the place of delivery of the goods and the person who will accept the goods.
4. The Customer undertakes to accept the goods themselves. In the event that they cannot accept the goods themselves, and the goods are delivered to the indicated address and based on other data provided by the Customer, the Customer does not have the right to file claims against the Store for delivery of the goods to an improper entity.
5. Goods ordered in the Store are delivered in the following ways:
5.1. Due to the high volume of orders and the rapidly sold-out assortment, shipping can take from 3 to 10 working days, because we send the goods directly from the manufacturer's warehouses throughout Europe.
If there is a Smart Post Itella parcel terminal in your city, you will receive the shipment there. If the mentioned terminal is not available, then the goods may arrive via courier or to a Lithuanian Post parcel terminal.
6. In cases where, after accepting the goods, the Customer notices that the shipment does not contain the correct item, the Customer must immediately inform the Store about this.
VIII. Other provisions
1. All notifications to the Store must be submitted via email to info@ajdmakers.com
2. The contract is concluded, executed, and all communication between the Customer and the Store takes place in the state language.
3. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania apply to the relations arising on the basis of these rules.
5. All disagreements arising due to the execution of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
