TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through ajdmakers.com.

2. Placing an order

Customers select their items, sizes and quantities and provide the information needed to fulfil the order. Before submitting an order, customers can review and correct their details and check the item prices, delivery charge and total amount payable.

By submitting an order with an obligation to pay, the customer agrees to pay the stated amount. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order by email. Order preparation begins after payment is received.

Creating a customer account is not required to place an order.

3. Products and prices

Product characteristics, sizes and prices are shown on the product pages. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Any delivery charge is shown before payment.

Screen settings may cause slight differences between product photographs and actual colours. This does not limit your rights if an item does not match its description.

The price stated when the order was placed applies to the confirmed order. Later price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will promptly contact the customer to agree on a solution. If the order is cancelled, we refund payments received for the unfulfilled order.

4. Payment

Customers can use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on the customer’s device and payment service.

The store uses Shopify and payment service providers. Payments are made in euros.

5. Delivery

We deliver our products within Lithuania and to other European countries where shipping is available through our online store. Available shipping methods and destinations are displayed during checkout.

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time is 4–7 business days after payment. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Shipping within Lithuania costs €5.99. Orders with a product subtotal of €70 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping within Lithuania.
Shipping to other supported European countries costs €16.00 per order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. The final shipping cost is displayed before payment.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact details. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We notify customers of expected delivery delays. Customers may contact us about delivery at any time.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are physically received by the customer or a person designated by them, other than the carrier, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Returns and withdrawal

We offer the option to notify us of a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Conditions and instructions are provided in our Returns and refund policy.

This offer does not limit the consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days where that right applies. No reason or prior approval from us is required.

Customers pay the direct return costs for non-faulty goods. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods.

7. Faulty goods

Consumers have a statutory two-year legal guarantee from delivery. These rights do not depend on any additional manufacturer or supplier warranty.

If an item is faulty or does not match your order, contact info@ajdmakers.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please include photographs where possible.

Repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract is handled in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing and the use of cookies are described in our separate Privacy policy.

Subscribing to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Placing an order does not itself constitute consent to marketing messages.

9. Complaints and disputes

Send requests and complaints to info@ajdmakers.com. We provide a reasoned response to written consumer complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may contact Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority through www.vvtat.lrv.lt or the Consumer Rights Information System at www.vtis.lt. Consumers also have the right to bring proceedings in court.

10. Final provisions

Lithuanian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection provisions.

Changes to these terms apply to future orders. Existing orders remain subject to the version applicable when they were placed.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
