30-day return option

You may notify us that you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

How to return an item

Email info@ajdmakers.com with your name, order number and the item you wish to return. You do not have to give a reason.

Send the item back within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Include your order number. We recommend keeping proof of shipment.

Item condition

You may inspect and try on the item. Please do not wear or wash it, and return it with its tags and original packaging where possible.

During the statutory withdrawal period, you are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

During our additional return period, days 15–30, we accept unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with their tags intact.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns of non-faulty items, you pay the direct return shipping costs. We do not charge an additional return or restocking fee.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us. We cover the necessary return costs.

Refunds

We refund using the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

We issue refunds without undue delay, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

When you return the entire order, we also refund the standard delivery charge paid. Additional costs for choosing a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refunded.

Exchanges

Contact us if you would like another size or item. Exchanges depend on available stock. You may also return the item and place a new order.

Faulty goods and statutory rights

Consumers have a statutory two-year legal guarantee from delivery. Where an item is faulty, the applicable legal conditions govern free repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Our 30-day return offer does not limit your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days or your rights concerning faulty goods. To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, a clear notice sent within the deadline is sufficient; our prior approval is not required.
